Rooftop bar with live music was fantastic, really enjoyed the atmosphere. Room cleanliness could use improvement, found crumbs and dust in places.

The rooftop bar had live music and great views, which was fantastic. The valet parking fees are pretty high, and house cleaning wasn't very consistent. Overall, a good experience.

The valet service is on point and parking is a breeze. Every chat with the staff feels pleasant and light, making you feel welcome most of the time.
The bathroom could totally use some TLC.

Great rooftop pool and delicious breakfast made for enjoyable moments. The location is spot on, close to dining and entertainment, plus it's pet-friendly. Valet service was fast, although the parking fee felt steep. A heavy smell lingered in the hallways, and the gym equipment needed attention. The mix-up with our reservation added stress, but the friendly staff tried to help. Some aspects shone, but the details need improvement.

The hotel experience had its highs and lows. Impressive staff, truly exceptional service—each interaction felt warm and professional. The breakfast was fresh, albeit limited. More options would enhance the experience. The room was spacious and cozy, but we faced issues. A barking dog disrupted our peace for hours. While the layout was modern, the bed was not a queen, and the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. Location? Fantastic. Walking distance to shops and stunning river views. There’s potential here—but attention to detail and consistency is key.

The room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable bed but with a lumpy mattress that lacked support. The temperature control worked perfectly, allowing me to create a cozy atmosphere. The balcony was a nice touch, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Noise level was generally low, enhancing the comfort of my stay. the smell of the hallways suggested ongoing issues with cleanliness. the room arrangement was appealing, but improvements in mattress quality and odor management are needed.

We arrived after a long drive, only to pay an extra fee for early check-in, even though our room was ready. Super disappointing!

The hotel's prime spot right at the end of the Riverwalk made it super easy to stroll straight into the vibrant atmosphere of River Street, where I discovered tons of local food shops and hidden gems like Byrd's Famous Cookies just a few steps away; plus, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the nice pool during my stay.

The staff treated us like royalty and the complimentary breakfast was real good. The rooftop bar vibes are excellent, wish the weather played along.
It wasn't cheap but worth the experience.

The location was fantastic, right on the riverfront, allowing us to walk everywhere easily. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was satisfying with waffles, eggs, sausage, and more.
The lack of information in the room was a downside. It would have been helpful to have a pamphlet outlining hotel amenities and services.

The rooftop bar is great for sunset views. The breakfast is tasty. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants.
Dealing with valet parking was a fun experience with a hefty price tag.

The staff there were top-notch, especially the front desk and valet staff. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our suite was clean and comfortable, with a kitchen that had a full-sized fridge, which was a nice touch. One thing we really enjoyed was the rooftop bar and pool area. The views from up there were amazing, and it was a great spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The lobby was also gorgeous, giving off a high-end hotel vibe. there were a few areas that needed improvement. The beds were quite uncomfortable, with visible springs in the mattresses. The room, upon closer inspection, wasn't as clean as it appeared at first glance. There were issues like a rusted bathroom door, loose sink faucet, and a constantly breaking toilet flush handle. the valet parking was expensive, and we felt like the overall quality of the room didn't match the price we paid. There were also cleanliness issues in some areas, like water on the refrigerator shelves and a lack of utensils in the kitchen. our stay at Homewood Suites had its ups and downs. The friendly staff and beautiful common areas made for a pleasant stay, but the discomfort of the beds and cleanliness issues in the room detracted from the overall experience.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, perfect start to the day. The location near the ferry stop made exploring the area a breeze. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, adding warmth to the stay.
Our room's view overlooked an abandoned building, a disappointing sight.

homewood suites was amazing! the property was beautiful and clean. it's super close to all the attractions – we walked everywhere. the bell staff was so helpful, and the breakfast was perfect for my grain-free diet. jamari from guest services gave us great tips and even helped arrange parking and suggested awesome restaurants. would recommend.

My recent stay at Homewood Suites was wonderful. the hotel is situated right by the water, offering a beautiful view of passing ships. the staff, including the front desk manager Penny and rooftop bar manager Marsha, provided exceptional customer service. Our room on the 7th floor, Room 704, had a fantastic view, and the breakfast was changed daily, making it worth the extra cost. the lady at the front desk and the staff handing out breakfast boxes were personable and kind, adding to our enjoyable experience.
Nothing to complain about at all 😊

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The spacious suite with a full kitchen and a balcony facing the river was perfect. The rooftop bar and pool made for amazing sunset views. The complimentary breakfast and all-day coffee bar were great perks. The hotel's positive culture and responsive staff made my stay delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal use.

Our family had an amazing time at this hotel in Savannah. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. The rooftop bar and pool were a hit, and the extended hours made it even better. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The location was perfect, right at the end of the historic district and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even a boat tour.
Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and we had to call the front desk for assistance.

The spectacular Savannah River views and easy valet parking were unexpected delights. The lounge poolside under a cozy cabana with a flat screen TV was a fantastic feature to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. , the complimentary wireless Internet access and the free breakfast buffet enhanced the overall experience.
Front desk staff inconsistency.
